Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Where possible we will accept certain changes to a booking date. All confirmed bookings incur a $60 surcharge for changes to the arrival or departure date.
CANCELLATION: Within 28 days of Arrival Date the Guest will forfeit 100% of total booking. Cancellation 29 days or more prior to Arrival Date the Guest will forfeit 30% of total booking.
The Host Guest the nominated credit card holder accepts to be accountable for extra guests incidentals telephone costs and damages as evidenced by authorisation to charge the credit card for above booking.
On arrival: Please proceed to the Office with valid credit card and photo ID. Check in from 2.00pm. Check out prior to 10.00am unless prior arrangement has been made. Late departure without prior consent incurs $50 penalty.
Mobile coverage is very limited in the Walpole Wilderness. Please bear this in mind when travelling.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Tree Elle is a pleasant drive south of Perth through history, farming and old timber town, wineries and fooderies, just 38km west of Denmark and 26kms east of Walpoleon the South Coast Highway. Ten minutes to BibbulmumTrack’s coast to forest walks. East of Pemberton and Manjimup west of Albany.

Last Minute Esacape
Last minute overnight camping trip, caravan parks booked out and weather turned wet and windy. Accepted at Tree-Elle late in day, nothing too much trouble for friendly host who went out of her way to welcome us. Beautiful spacious and cosy accommodation, all facilities provided. Lovely music playing and bread baking, such a wonderful greeting. Fresh from the property eggs provided along with all other essentials plus extras. We were able to feast on fresh baked bread and eggs for breakfast - plus boiled some eggs and packed delicious fresh bread and eggs sandwiches for picnic lunch at the nearby amazing Mt Frankland Wilderness Lookout. Lovely tourist lip and concluded with visit to stunning Conspicuous Cliffs. Perfect setting to relax in beautiful scenery with many attractions nearby. Highly recommendWonderful
