Description

This two bedroom, one bathroom older style original Kalbarri home is a short walk to the river and close to the boat ramp. Golf course is virtually next door. Main bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has one single bed and one set of bunk beds.
Lounge & Dining area has smart TV with a sound bar to blue tooth your favourite tunes and a stereo. There is a separate kitchen with microwave, electric oven/stove and every thing you need for cooking. The laundry with auto washing machine is off the kitchen along with a separate toilet and bathroom with a shower/ bath.. Ceiling fan in main bedroom, reverse cycle aircon in lounge area, and all rooms have a pedestal fan. Extra chest freezer in the laundry to store your days catch.
Back yard is fully enclosed with plenty of room to park your boat or trailer. There is a small lawn and garden area along with the BBQ and under cover outdoor setting. A large front porch to sit & relax and watch the sunsets with some ocean glimpses. Front, side and back parking available. Easy access to park the boat out the front in the circular driveway. There is a carport under cover area behind gates as well. . The garage is NOT available for use. All Linen and towels are provided. This little old house could easily become your home away from home. You will enjoy "THE SECRET WAY POINT" ....Great place for fisherman to stay.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Please note that if your stay overlaps the school holiday period the total rate may be higher than what is indicated. Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property. All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email. FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee. FEE 2 - The Booking Fee FEE 3 - All credit card charges are non refundable. FEE 4 - Any third party fees. Eg Stayz/Homeaway/Booking.com

Should a Guest cancel his or her reservation in writing, the following will occur: 1. Zero to Thirty-one (0 to 31) days prior to the Check-in Date, zero percent (0%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees) 2. Thirty-one to sixty (31 to 60) days prior to the Check-in Date, twenty five percent (25%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees) 3. Sixty-one to ninety (61 to 90) days prior to the Check-in Date, seventy five percent (75%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees) 4. Ninety-one to 275 (91 to 275) days prior to the Check-in Date, one hundred percent (100%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees).
