Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
KALBARRI SEAFRONT VILLAS CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price if cancelled after the reservation is made. (For 1 night stays this is 100%). If cancelled within 14 days prior to the arrival date or in the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For any amendments or refunds, there is a $50 admin fee.
SCHOOL LEAVERS POLICY
We do not accept any bookings where all clients are under 18 years or bookings for school leavers. We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual school leavers period.
KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator. Please review our full terms and conditions here: www.kalbarri.org.au/terms

Directions
We are located right in the middle of town along Grey Street, on the waterfront. For arrival outside office hours, please use your Booking ID or mobile phone number at the check-inn kiosk to pay your balance owing (Mastercard or Visa only) and to obtain your unit number and key. Please complete your registration the following morning after 9.00am.

Came for a quick getaway with my sister in law. We had a studio apartment which was very clean and comfortable. Had lovely views of the river and ocean. Staff were friendly. Great location, convenient to IGA, coffee shops, eateries, information centre etc. The unit was cosy, comfortable bed, steaming hot water and all needs to self-cater. Comfortable sitting area.
