Located in the quiet little fishing town of Green Head, just 2 and half hours' drive out Perth city.
This home has 4 good size bedrooms, 3 with queen beds and the 4th has a bunk set for the kids.
2 bathrooms, both with a shower recess.
Newly outfitted with a reverse cycle air conditioner to the open plan living areas. A separate theater room has the comfiest of lounges and flat screen TV.
Modern kitchen with all appliances, oven and stove-top cooking as well as a coffee machine.
The laundry has a washing machine and make the most of the coastal sea breeze with a Hills Hoist in the backyard.
2 back patios with a BBQ and a large backyard to run around and play, however please note the yard is not fenced. Sorry, No Pets as the yard is not fenced.
Salty Haven is the perfect place to relax and reset. Close enough to walk to the beach, with stunning coastline, excellent swimming spots and fantastic fishing grounds.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing preferably by email.
Special conditions apply for cancellations.
More than 60 days Prior to Check In Date: Bookings can be cancelled. No penalties.
60 Days or Less Prior to Check In Date: If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a
replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00
administration fee. If however, the property cannot be relet, your deposit is non-refundable.
Ray White Jurien Bay retain the right to negotiate the tariff or length of stay to obtain a booking on cancelled
booking dates as we deem necessary.
2 Weeks (14 days) Prior to Check In Date: Any cancellations will forfeit any/all deposit paid, unless there
are extenuating circumstances.
If you shorten your stay once checked in, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
No refunds or alterations will be offered for bad weather.
Please note that a change of booking dates may attract the same conditions as for a cancellation as stated
herein.
Bookings made on other platforms (Airbnb, Homeaway, Stayz, Booking etc) should refer to that platform’s
cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
After the declaration in 2020 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and all its’
consequences are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected.
Cancelling a booking because you have Covid or are a close Covid contact will no longer ensure you a
refund of your stay.
Please take note of and understand the Cancellation Policy when making your booking

nice house
Very nice house, close to the beach has everything you need for a short or long stay. Good size bedrooms, good beds, plenty of storage. Coffee machine and a choice of coffee beans was a bonus. No wi-fi in the house but it can be viewed as a bonus.Communication with the host was very easy, Ray White staff was very responsive and helpful. would definitely come back.
a bit disappointed
Absolutely loved the place, location and amenities. A little disappointed we had no hot water for showers (thinking there was no gas and a lack of communication over long weekend) but overall would go back!
