3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 storey river front unit. (1 x Queen bed, 1 Double bed , 2 x Single beds) The unit has a reverse cycle, split system air conditioner in the main living area, and ceiling fans to living /dining area. Living area and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Ceiling fans, TV and DVD player in lounge. Stove, oven, microwave in renovated kitchen. Heater. (No washing machine in this unit) There are Laundry facilities at resort plus In-house movies, Swimming pool and tennis court facilities. This Unit has a spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Outdoor setting on patio out the front to sit and relax and see the wonderful sunsets or a cray boat making its way home up the river.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
This complex has a large pool area comprising a 25 metre lap pool, an extra large wading pool and a toddlers pool. There are share BBQs and two playground areas that will keep children occupied.
Laundry facilities are also available on site (Card payment required).

All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee.
FEE 2 - The Booking Fee

Should a Guest cancel his or her reservation in writing, the following will occur:

Family holiday
Accommodation worked really well for our family. Well equipped roomy clean nice outdoor courtyardGreat Stay in Kalbarri
Fantastic location across the road from the river.Great Indonesian food from food van across the road on weekends.
Lovely walks along the river and pelican feeding at 8.45am each day.
Day trip to gorges - skywalk, nature's window and z bend. Lovely coastal cliffs - eg. Red Bluff lookout.
Few minor issues with the apartment such as low water pressure in shower and some temperamental light switches, but overall a great place to stay! Will definitely be back!!
Lovely meals at Upstairs Restaurant and Finlays.
Convenient Place to Stay
The property is near to the beach and all amenities. Checkin and out was very fast and easy. The house is clean, especially the shower. Happy to stay here with the grandkids. Ideal for a small family, not for seniors as the rooms and toilet are upstairs via the spiral stairs.
