There are also two bathrooms, with a luxurious bath in the master ensuites, complete with bubble bath, locally-made lush truffle bath bombs and oil-infused body care products by Leif for the ultimate in relaxation and self-care. Each studio has been designed to accommodate two couples or a family, or for a memorable group holiday, secure both studios as a base to explore this world-class region. We have two studios on the property each with its own private entry and courtyard. Guests have exclusive access to their studio. Renowned for its award-winning wineries, boutique breweries and thriving art scene, there are no shortage of places to enjoy and explore within the Margaret River Region. The area also boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, along with internationally famous surf breaks and hiking trails through pristine forest and rugged coastlines. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges. Guest Ratings
The parking space is narrow for a 4WD but easy for a smaller car. It requires someone to help direct to avoid the fence or otherwise there’s plenty of parking in the street.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The relaxing touches of the heating and music when we entered were fantastic. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Will definitely be staying down here again!
I highly recommend Michael's place and he is super courteous and professional to deal with
