Description
This house also boasts two separate living areas, including a large rumpus room at one end of the house which is great for the kids (complete with movie projector). The second more centralised open-plan lounge and dining area is super stylish and includes a cosy wood fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning (in fact there's air-conditioning in all living areas and bedrooms) for year-round comfort. The home has a long, straight layout. The kitchen/living and main lounge room are in the middle, and the bedrooms, bathrooms and games room are split across two wings of the home, either side of the central living area. The master bedroom is at the farthest end of the home and offers a tranquil garden view from its corner windows.
The fire pit can only be used during winter months and seasonal fire bans apply.
A handy outdoor shower is great for after the beach.
Guest wi-fi is for standard use eg. internet browsing, emailing and streaming movies from one device at a time. It is not for intense data downloading or for streaming across multiple devices at the same time.

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also an $800 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee.
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
