Description
Eco-Luxe Cottage is perfectly positioned with a wide vegetated public walkway running alongside the property - this offer you direct access to lovely nature walks from your doorstep. Simply turn left and you are walking amongst the trees and birds up on to Ridgeway Dr, continue walking and you soon reach Big Rock Reserve (or Clancy's Fish Pub)
Walking to centre of Dunsborough is just as easy - 10 minutes and you are in the middle of town for the best early morning coffee from Hot Chocolate or Tiny Coffee on Clarke. Pastries from Merchant & Maker or Tass' Bakery.
If it's afternoon then Bungalow Social is the perfect place for socialising (great pizzas too).
In my opinion, Yarri is my go to for cocktails and dreamy dinners with Blue Manna my equal fave.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Please note that there is a $150 admin fee for cancellations plus 1 night stay if done less than 7 days before check-in. For COVID cancellations due to a lockdown we would first attempt to alter your dates but if cancellation is necessary $150 admin fee only.

Beautiful
Lisa was very easy to communicate with making check in an ease. This beautiful granny flat attached to the home with a private garden is located very close to town centre (walking distance) and offers a modern natural feel. Would highly recommend for anyone after a relaxing break.Had the best time!
Fantastic place to relax, clean and tidy apartmenrt. Checking in was super easy. Complimentary snakcs and drinks provided was fabulous Lisa is very welcoming ad thoughtul, she even offered to do my laundry and dishes for me. Communication was very good. Nice touch of luxury decor, I had a great tine & feel relax. I had the best time, highly recommended.Convinient
Cozy little place ideal for a couple as a base to explore the area. 15 min walk to the main Dunsborough street or short 2 min drive. Bathroom was clean and modern, with lots of lush plants to give an overall nature feel.
