Property Features: Large dining and living space. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, ensuite and sliding glass doors open onto the large family deck. Bedroom two has a Queen bed. Bedroom three has two King Single beds, which can be zipped into a King sized bed. Bedroom four has a Tri bunk. Family bathroom. Full Laundry facilities complete this luxury home. There is plenty of space for two cars and a boat or trailer. Please note there is no guest access to the garage. Private jetty which can fit an 8m boat. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
