This home has one King Bed, two queen beds, and one single bed sharing a room with a queen bed. There is also a 'sleep-out' off another bedroom with a single bed attached. The sleep-out does not have a separate entrance.
Older style Norwester home with polished jarrah floorboards and well equipped with all you will need.
Fully fenced, pets allowed with prior approval and only a stones throw to town centre and the water playground.
Great parking for boat turnaround.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
