The layout of the home is perfect for a holiday house. The top level (also the entry level), embraces the best of the jaw-dropping ocean views. It features a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and one of the longest breakfast bars you will ever see. Two adjoining lounge areas give you plenty of options for relaxing — by the fire or by the telly.
The dining zone on this top level opens out onto a covered timber deck which has access to an outdoor shower and a sloping lawn that rolls down to the lower level of the house. Also on this top level is a handy store room, small TV room and a powder room.
All the bedrooms, bathrooms, a powder room and a laundry are located on the bottom level of the home, as well as an outdoor dining setting and BBQ. One lucky couple staying in the large master bedroom suite (at the end of the downstairs passageway), will also get to enjoy mesmerising ocean views that will be a joy to wake up to each morning.
