This Lovely 4 bedroom (3 x Queen Beds, 2 x Tri bunk Beds) 2 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned, ducted upstairs and reverse cycle split system downstairs. With downstairs comprising spacious open plan lounge/dining area and a modern kitchen including electric cooktop, stainless steel oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer plus highchair. Lounge room has TV and DVD player. The whole villa looks over the sparkling fenced pool. The laundry room has an automatic front loader washing machine and dryer, plus bathroom downstairs with toilet.
Upstairs consists of the 4 bedrooms, bathroom with a "Hollywood" shower and a separate toilet. The outdoor area has casual dining facility and BBQ next to the shared pool. Front upstairs balcony with direct access from 2 of the bedrooms, has table and seating as well. There is a double lockup garage with extra parking in front of garage and Second fridge located here if required as well.
This holiday house is conveniently located close to river and all Kalbarri amenities making this the ideal family holiday home.

Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Please note that if your stay overlaps the school holiday period the total rate may be higher than what is indicated.
Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee.
FEE 2 - The Booking Fee
FEE 3 - All credit card charges are non refundable.
FEE 4 - Any third party fees. Eg Stayz/Homeaway/Booking.com
Should a Guest cancel his or her reservation in writing, the following will occur:
1. Zero to Thirty-one (0 to 31) days prior to the Check-in Date, zero percent (0%)
Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
2. Thirty-one to sixty (31 to 60) days prior to the Check-in Date, twenty five percent (25%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
3. Sixty-one to ninety (61 to 90) days prior to the Check-in Date, seventy five percent (75%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
4. Ninety-one to 275 (91 to 275) days prior to the Check-in Date, one hundred percent (100%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees).
