Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Terms & Conditions related to a booking with The Timothée Resort
Booking Deposit and Cancellation*:
Off Peak Season**: A deposit equal to the first night's accommodation is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations are free up to seven days prior to your stay.
Peak Season**: A deposit equal to 50% of the total accommodation is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations are free up to 21 days prior to your stay.
*If booking through a 3rd party booking platform, please note that different deposit and cancellation conditions may apply - as listed on the relevant website.
**Off Peak Season is all year except Easter long weekend and summer school holidays. Peak Season is Easter long weekend and summer school holidays.
Booking policy:
Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide valid ID.
We are a smoke free venue & smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. This includes no smoking on your room balconies or alfresco area.
Check-out time is 10.00 am. Departure after that time may incur additional room charge.
Payment & Charges: A valid credit card MUST be provided on booking and presented on check-in to the resort. You agree that charges may be added to your account for settlement after your departure, and may be charged to the same credit card used to pay your account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee your booking.
Charges may be in relation, but no limited to the following:
breakages/damages
excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the room being left in an unacceptable state
smoking in the room or on your balcony/alfresco area
Late checkout without prior management approval will be charged at $50per hour.
You must return your room key at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge of $25 for replacement of the key if you lose or fail to return it.
We ask guests to respect quiet hours from 9pm - 7am. If management is called afterhours for a noise disturbance we reserve the right to charge up to $200 if security needs to be called to your room.

Excellent Resort
Before The Comfort Inn, now The Timothee Resort from 18th December 2023 to 22nd December 2023.The amenities are excited and a new pool is excellent!!! The staff are nice and welcoming especially a lady Manager is friendly :-)

Not a bad place to stay
I stayed here with my wife and it was ok for the price. It’s close to everything whilst being far enough away to avoid the noice. Room was nice even if the bed was I bit hard on my back.My only 2 complaints are that one of the bath towels had dry mould on it which is a turn off. So we grabbed 2 new towels at Kmart. They could also do with a couple of extra bins as the 2 I saw, were over flowing with rubbish.
I would stay here again because the staff were friendly and welcoming
Great Stay at a reasonable price
Stayed in a family room at this well kept motel for an overnight stay between dirt kart meetings at Busselton.Quiet, well kept and very easy to find, it has a basic look from the outside but inside very comfortable and clean. The room was reasonably priced and most of all comfortable beds.
Staff were very helpful over the phone during the booking process with arranging a late arrival and early departure the following morning. Everything was straight forward with no problems and was provided an after hours number if any issues occurred.
Would stay again for similar visits if room available.
