This modern 4-bedroom house is perfectly situated for a family holiday in the South West, walking distance to town with its abundance of cafes, restaurants shops, other amenities, and also the beach on the foreshore, with its long stretches of white sand and all the facilities needed.

There are numerous activities to entertain the whole family whilst in this region, and for the keen golfers what could be more convenient than being a couple of metres from the course.
This house has reverse cycle heating throughout, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, so you can be assured to be cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. There are two large living areas, both with smart TVs, the main living room boasting high pitched ceilings and large windows letting in a beautiful light and views over the golf course.
A spacious open plan kitchen dining area compliments the lay out making it the perfect house to spend quality time together.
There is a swimming pool for the warmer months, a BBQ and alfresco dining area.
There are 2 bathrooms, both with shower and bath, the ensuite featuring a large spa bath.
This property truly has everything you could need to make some special memories with friends or family and will probably become a regular destination for your southwest getaways.

To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges.
