The upper level deck is a spacious and versatile zone for summer entertaining and relaxing, taking you from breakfast to lunch or after-dinner drinks in effortless style. The nearby open-plan kitchen and living areas share the same sweeping ocean views, meaning this house is incredibly appealing throughout the winter months too.
Busy families will love the sheltered downstairs outdoor lounge area and its adjoining loungeroom. The perfect retreat for kids and teenagers!

LAYOUT
The upper level consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area plus two queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom with separate toilet. The spacious master bedroom opens out onto the deck.
The lower level has a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, plus a combined laundry and bathroom. The toilet is separate. There is also a cosy loungeroom and small kitchenette on the ground floor.
KITCHEN
Conventional coffee machine (BYO ground coffee), dishwasher, microwave oven, full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. A starter supply of dishwashing and cleaning items.
LIVING/DINING ROOMS UPSTAIRS
Wood fire, TV, guest wi-fi, books and portable speaker, eight-seater dining table, study desk, comfortable lounge.
LOUNGE ROOM DOWNSTAIRS
The downstairs lounge room has a small kitchenette with Nespresso coffee pod machine, portable electric heater, books and games. There is no TV downstairs.

Multiple seating areas upstairs and downstairs, outdoor dining table and chairs, gas BBQ, outdoor shower, open yard with small area of lawn and native garden.
PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also a $1,000 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee.
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than four cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
