The property takes advantage of the peaceful surroundings by featuring an outside entertaining deck – an ideal place to sit back and relax with a glass of our regional wine with family and friends.
The ground floor has a spacious Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and features an open plan large living & dining room area with TV and a fully equipped spacious kitchen that can cater for all needs and occasions. The living room patio doors lead out onto the outside entertaining deck area.
Upstairs provides 2 Queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom with bathroom facilities that include a bath and shower with a separate toilet. There is the addition of a TV area with air-conditioning.

To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges. Loved the area and how spacious is was.We loved staying at Peppy Tree House
The location is perfect. It’s set in a leafy, quiet area, a comfortable stroll into Dunsborough. The large windows look out into a sea of green peppermint trees. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor area is delightful. The double garage is very handy.
