Located on Ranch Court, a short 5 minute drive from the main strip of town, this premium holiday house is full equipped for your next getaway.
The kitchen has a large oven, gas stove top, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle and toaster, walk in pantry and other appliances, ensuring it is completely fitted out with everything you need to cook up a storm.
The laundry room houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a 3rd separate toilet. Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
You'll find reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the living areas, making for a comfortable stay anytime of year.
Enjoy the spectacular views and sunsets on a spacious alfresco area with an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and grassed area overlooking the majestic Murchison River.

- GOLD ROOM: Large master bedroom with a king bed, large walk in robe with a dressing table and mirror, ensuite, reverse cycle air conditioning and river/hills views. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, 2 basins and toilet.

- BLUE ROOM: Spacious bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, reverse cycle air conditioning, dressing table with mirror and river/hill views.

- GREEN ROOM: Spacious bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, reverse cycle air conditioning, dressing table with mirror and river/hill views.

- RED ROOM: Sleeps 6, 2 x tri bunks beds with double beds on the bottom and single beds on top, reverse cycle air conditioning and wardrobe.

The second bathroom has bath, shower, private toilet and basin.

Cancellation Policy

OFF THE HOOK CANCELLATION POLICY * An operator fee of $100 to all bookings cancelled.
* We will refund your deposit if notified 31 days prior to arrival allowing time to rebook the accommodation
* Cancelled bookings made within the 30 day period of arrival forfeit their accommodation unless it is able to be re-booked.
* No show and cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit any payment/s that have been made to the Kalbarri Visitor Centre for the accommodation booking.
