Staff friendly and helpful
This motel is primarily used by the mining industry. At a time when Kalgoorlie is pretty much booked out, I was lucky enough to get a room as a walk in. I was charged their standard room rate which was reasonable. The staff were friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome even though I caused them extra work. The motel is old but well maintained and very clean. The bed was fresh and comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. The air conditioner could have been quieter but it worked well and kept the room comfortable. They have a restaurant which I didn't get to try but I suspect it delivers what it promises. This is a nice place to stay. I think I was lucky to find a room available.Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic, Sarah was extremely accommodating and friendly, she organised a good room for us ( loved the shower after a week in the bush crossing Australia from Brisbane Via Simpson and Outback Way). She opened the restaurant and arranged tasty dinner and cold drinks. thank you so much for your hospitality.Great stay
I stayed at the Midas for work for a week the room was large and the bed was very comfortable they provide food and the food is actually really good they provide lunch also for the person working. Shower was nice and the water was hot. The staff at the Midas, especially the kitchen staff are always so very happy to see you and are very kind and very helpful.
