“The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with dual basins and shower. All mattresses and pillows are brand new and to a high quality. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds. The fourth bedroom has king single bunks. The second bathroom has a shower and bath.
The very spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area is a gorgeous area to relax in or to entertain. It leads straight out on to the alfresco area, with an outdoor setting, BBQ and herb garden. With the huge windows and sliding doors, it provides great natural light. There is a woodfired burner in the lounge to sit around in winter and relax over a glass of wine and reminisce over the day’s activities in the Margaret River region or sit outside in summer and enjoy the garden and peaceful environment over a BBQ using the fabulous produce from the area. Not a fan of cooking while on holiday?? Not a problem! There is a multitude of incredible venues that provide first class take away, and delivery. There are ceiling fans in the main living area for comfort in the warmer months,”

To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges.
