The little cottage is less than 500m from the beach and set in the middle of a large tree-lined block, complete with pretty garden and numerous outdoor seating areas.

Small families will enjoy the lovely manicured gardens and lawns and the fact it's located just two streets back from Dunsborough's main beach and popular Centennial Park beachfront playground.

Leave the car at home and walk to the beach or into town, just five minutes away, or bring your bikes and cycle leisurely along the coastal path to explore the sandy coves and picnic areas along the Dunsborough foreshore. What a fantastic location!

The modern kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay as well as a dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine, coffee plunger, teapot, lovely serving platters plus a full sized fridge. The beachy backyard alfresco and BBQ areas are just perfect for a fully cooked breakfast or dinner overlooking the garden.

Your comfort is assured all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the open-plan living area. The wood fire can be used anytime however you will need to purchase wood from the nearby service station.

Please note that although there is guest wi-fi, the TV is not set up as a Smart TV.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. We had a great stay at Peppi’s cottage. You cannot beat the location. We were able to stroll along the waterfront daily and walk into town. Place was kept extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Vicki was so responsive throughout the whole process. Would happily come back again.

An ideal getaway. This lovely home is far larger than we expected from the photos and the interiors are just stunning (very beachy and chilled) with particularly incredible bed linen! It offers a great location; walking distance to the stunning beach with very pram-friendly paths & calm waters, while also being an easy stroll into town to be tempted by all the fab brunch and coffee spots. There are so many vineyards, beaches and restaurants to explore here. We loved Meelup and Castle Rock beaches, driving through Boronup Forest and seeing the sting rays at Hamelin Bay, many vineyards (esp. Swings & Roundabouts - amazing pizza!), freshly cooked bread from Yallingup Woodfired Bread and Busselton Jetty. We stayed as a couple with our 5 month old baby, and added cot and high chair hire to our booking which was seamless. We couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend this home and it’s very responsive & thoughtful hosts.

5 nights at Peppi’s

Lovely little home, equipped with everything we needed. Beautifully presented. For the time we were staying another towel each would have been appreciated. The tv remote didn’t work, had to operate it manually to turn on and off. Just the two little niggily things which are really quite minor - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location was perfect, garden lovely, proximity to beach and town centre easy walking distance. Will come back again!
