Leeuwin Apartments are fully self contained apartments, situated in the heart of the world famous wine region of Margaret River. Leeuwin Apartments are only a ten minute stroll to the local township, which boasts renowned restaurants, bars and extensive galleries, we are also perfectly located for you to investigate the vast variety of wineries this region has to offer.
Our fantastic and extensive on-site facilities include; a large outdoor swimming pool, two outdoor heated jacuzzis, fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, half size tennis court and a barbeque entertainment area.
Each apartment features up to three bedrooms and includes fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher and microwave oven, satellite television, DVD and CD players, washing machine and dryer. Complimentary ammenities on arrival however additional items may be charged depending on length of stay. These superbly appointed apartments are perfect for the romantic couple, the corporate traveller, holidaying family or small groups.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Deposits received will be fully refunded if your reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. If cancelled within 48 hours 1 nights accommodation rate will apply.
Forté does not accept School Leaver bookings regardless of whether some guests are 18 yrs old. We do not have the policies procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual School Leavers Period.
Peak periods cancellation policy is 1 month includes Dec/Jan and School Holidays Labour Day Long weekend Easter Queens Birthday Long weekend and Leeuwin Concert. If cancelled within 1 month 1 nights accommodation rate will apply.

Directions
From the North : Travel on the Busselton bypass road towards Margaret River. Turn left at the roundabout and follow the Bussell Highway into Margaret River. After crossing the Margaret River bridge on the entrance to town, turn into the third street on your right, this is Wallcliffe Road. 500 metres on the right you will see the entrance for Leeuwin Apartments. Please note Check in is at the reception at The River Hotel, Margaret River Resort 40 Wallcliffe Rd.

Roomy for 6 of Us!
The apartment is roomy for 6 of us, the bedding was comfy, the bathroom is clean and new, the water was hot for a shower, which was wonderful after a days's travelling. The light in the lounge can be a bit brighter. Plenty parking!Just like home...

A perfect Apartment for 2 to 3 couples and well appointed for a relaxed holiday. This is our second stay at Leeuwin Apartments in 2 years, and the kitchen and living areas are ideal for relaxing at the end of a day exploring the numerous sights of the Margaret River region. On both occasions staying here we were hosting guests from overseas & interstate. Situated a nice walk to the main street of Margaret River, everything you need is at your fingertips.
