Description
Set on a large leafy block with ample lawn out the front and back, this home has space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Little kids and teenagers will enjoy the separate games shed out the back, complete with ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, and a selection of balls and racquets for more holiday fun.
The rear yard is also enclosed, which means parents can relax while little children are playing.
The master bedroom and ensuite are upstairs, with the remainder of the rooms downstairs.
A slow-burning wood fire keeps the house lovely and warm in winter and is a joy to come home to after a day out exploring the region's wineries and many attractions. There is also air-conditioning in the downstairs open-plan living area that can be switched to cooling mode or heating mode.

Note: There is a sunken lounge area adjoining the dining table and kitchen, so guests must take care due to the split level flooring. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are quite steep also.

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory fee for cleaning and linen applies to each booking. There is also a $700 refundable bond and a $66 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. The cutest place with a location you could not beat, just 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. It had everything you could think of in the kitchen and we LOVED the fireplace!!Fantastic house in a beautiful location, perfect for a family getaway
Beautiful property with everything you could want for a holiday. Clean, tidy, lots of little things that make life easier such as board games, a full shed of sports equipment for the shed and wood for a fire on arrival.Awesome little hideaway
Lovely house situated close to the beach. Nice and private. Loved the games shed for the kids. Close to town for shopping. House had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be back that’s for sure.
