Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Scenic flight bookings that are cancelled more than 7 days from departure (14 days for early bird special discounted rates) will be refunded in full.
Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days (14 days for early bird specials) may be eligible for a 50% refund if the cancellation does not result in insufficient passengers left to conduct the flight. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours from departure will not be eligible for refund.
Flights that are cancelled by Goldfields Air Services due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather and cannot be rescheduled will be refunded in full.

Must do when in Kalgoorlie
Our Pilot was brilliant. We went over the Super Pit and were given loads of facts and figures and told about the history of Kalgoorlie. He was a font of knowledge. The flight was perfect in every way and really was a stunning experience.Impressive Lake Hillier Flight
