Property Features: Apartment is designed for two adults, but babies and toddlers can be catered for on request. Spacious rooms, quiet and comfortable. Heat and sound insulated, with split air conditioners and overhead ceiling fans to easily combat very hot days. Living area comprises a full modern kitchen with most appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils, and a comfortable lounge area. Bedroom has a king bed (can be spilt into singles if requested) Full bathroom also houses a washing machine and drying rack with a shared clothes hoist nearby. Living area furnishings include a dining table and chairs, a 2 lounge chairs and a large TV. Alfresco area in front with an electric bbq, table and chairs. Parking for a car and boat / trailer close by. All linen and towels are provided except beach towels. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 2 nights. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Well equipped and central to everything around Exmouth town centre. David the owner was very hospitable and accommodating to our requests.Central location, the perfect base for exploring the wonders around Exmouth.
The property could not have been better located, just a short stroll to the main shopping precinct with shops, supermarkets, coffee, a boutique brewery and excellent food options. The gardens were lovely.Good value for money, very convenient location. Would def book again!
This Villa worked really well for a 3-week stay: washer, full kitchen, strong Wifi, easy walk to grocery stores & trip booking offices, beach is walkable (I spent my money on many trips & only rented a car for a few days), adventure companies pick up at the location, overall very convenient & good value for money.
