This clean, light and airy house is close to sheltered beaches, wineries, Eagle Bay Brewery, winter creek, bushwalks, restaurants, surf breaks, fishing, whale spotting, snorkelling, diving, sailing, national parks and many more recreational facilities.
Recently renovated kitchen and laundry. Indoor and outdoor bathrooms. BBQ deck for relaxed cooking and entertaining: Wood burning stove for winter warmth. Fully equipped.
Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Doonas and pillows provided. Please note linen is not included but can be arranged on request at the time of booking (approx $120 for 6 people).
Sorry, no pets and please be aware that there is no TV. Free wifi (NBN 25) is provided.

To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges.
