Description
This four bedroom 4.5 bathroom home which sleeps 8 people is stylishly decorated with lovely furnishings throughout. Located on the sought after Cable Beach location, 10 minute walk to a secluded part of cable beach beach. A short drive to the main cable beach location & restaurants.
2 bathrooms are typical broometime bathrooms with open ceilings that take in the natural light and relaxing beauty, all private as you can close the roof top if needed.
Space has not been compromised in this holiday home with a large living area including a dining table that fits 8 people and 2 separate sitting TV areas, with an added bonus of WiFi being provided for guests. The kitchen has all the modern appliances needed for a comfortable stay including a coffee pod machine and induction cooking.
The main bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed and private ensuite.
At the side of the property you will find the entertaining area complete with an outdoor table, BBQ, sun lounges to relax on.....all surrounded by tropical manicured gardens!
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor pool, which is nestled amongst the manicured gardens to the rear of the property adjacent to the relaxing fish pod where you can sit and relax as the water feature bubbles away.
All linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided. Sorry NO pets allowed & NO Party's or Functions.
We also off a number of other convenience options -

> Porta Cots, Prams, baby seats and high chairs are available for hire from us, make sure you book ahead as these are popular.

Cleaning and laundry fee of $380.00 applies to your booking.
Booking fee of $45 applies to your booking.
There is an accidental damage protection $3000 coverage fee of $69.00.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted).
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation admin fee.
Booking cancelled less than 60 Days before the start of stay, are non refundable. Exceptions may apply.
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted.
Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to circumstances beyond our (BHH) control an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible, in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest, minus a processing fee of $50.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured, the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honoured within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of $50.
GUESTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE, to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

Briliant stay
Brilliant stay for our family of 5. A short (but hilly) walk to the beach which our children loved. Especially boarding down the dunes! Such a beautiful home away from home which had many thoughtful touches. A great place to relax. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!Enjoyable stay
I enjoyed my stay in Broome. Even taking a shower in front of an audience, of green tree frogs in the optional outdoor shower (en-suite). The house was luxuriously appointed to a high standard and was keep immaculately from the depth of the swimming pool surrounded by a romantic tropical garden with a hidden fish pond and water features. Between the air conditioning and a combination of 18 ceiling fans it was very comfortable.There was a mandatory fridge, tea and coffee, wifi, TV and en-suite bathroom with each room having its own entrance to the large paved and covered outdoor entertaining area which allows guests to flow between the pool, the BBQ and a well appointed kitchen. The outdoor area is lockable and there is undercover parking.
The catch phrase that you are 5mins away from everything has never been truer except for an 800m walk to a private section of The Cable Beach, it took longer.
Amazing property
Have just spent a very relaxing 7 days in Broome at Dunes, Cable Beach.This is an amazing property. It has a very lush tropical feel with golden cane palms and lush greenery. The pool is a very enticing place to be on those warm sultry days and there is a lovely tranquil area next to a fish pond and water feature. Adjoining the pool area is a substantial covered and paved entertaining area with ceiling fans and a BBQ.
The rooms are well appointed and also have tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge, TV, wifi, airconditioning , a ceiling fan and an en-suite. The eco en-suites are great. On a hot night to be able to have a shower under the stars is amazing. Some nights you shared the shower with a green tree frog (cute and harmless).
Our room opened out onto the large patio area. Each room has its own outdoor entrance. There is also shared sitting rooms, laundry and a n extra toilet off the laundry. The laundry is equipped with washer, dryer
