Opening Hours:
The centre is open daily from 8.00am-4.00pm (October - April) 09.00am - 2.00pm (May - September). CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY - 25TH DECEMBER

With over 150 Bottlenose dolphins living in the bay, groups of them can regularly be seen in the shallow waters in front of the centre (Interaction Zone). In addition our cafe offers coffee, light meals and assorted cakes and biscuits. The souvenir shop boasts an extensive range of trinkets, T-shirts, toys and costume jewellery. The captivating photographs taken by our dedicated volunteer Fiona Harvey, of our resident dolphins in Koombana Bay are also available for purchase; 100% of the proceeds go towards ongoing dolphin research.

What happens if you need to cancel

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or vessel maintenance we will re-book your tour for an alternative time or offer a 100% refund.
Bookings of 3 or less - cancellations within 24 hours of departure or failure to attend are charged 100% of the tour price.
Bookings of 4 or more - cancellations within 7 days of departure are charged 50% of the tour price. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure or failure to attend are charged 100% of the tour price.
