Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
1. If a passenger wishes to cancel his or her booking the fare will only be refunded as follows:
TOURS NOT INCLUDING AN AIR TICKET:
(a) 28 days or more prior to designated departure date 100% .
(b) 27 to 10 days prior to designated departure date 90% .
(c) 9 to 1 days prior to designated departure date 80%.
(d) day of departure or during tour 0% .
TOURS INCLUDING AN AIR TICKET:
(a) 28 days or more prior to designated departure date 100%.
Less monies held by the airline for cancellation of air ticket.
(b) 27 to 10 days prior to designated departure date 90%.
Less monies held by the airline for cancellation of air ticket.
(c) 9 to 1 days prior to designated departure date 80%.
Less monies held by the airline for cancellation of air ticket.
(d) Day of departure or during tour 0%.
Note: Fare Protection Plan will give protection against this risk.
