Located between Margaret River, the culinary centrepiece of Western Australia, and the rolling coastline of the Indian Ocean, Bushy’s Dream Cottages offers a spacious retreat combining rustic charm with contemporary design.
Furnished with comfort in mind and respectful of the surrounding native fauna, Bushy’s Dream Cottages is furnished with natural timber, creating an ambience of natural warmth.
Outside, the cottages have a private deck with panoramic views over water and beautiful landscaped gardens, ideal for intimate walks, as you discover native bird life and water fowls.
Modern comforts have not been forgotten with a TV, DVD player and iPod dock, as well as quality linen, being supplied in each cottage.
Fully self-contained, the largest cottage is equipped with a gourmet kitchen and sleeps up to six people, whilst the other cottage has a mini-kitchen with microwave and sleeps up to three.

With comfort in mind and adaptability in function, Bushys Dream Family Cottage is ideal for couples, small groups and families. With a gourmet kitchen fully installed, including a pot belly stove at our guests disposal, diners can eat a sumptuous meal with quality local produce on an eight seater wooden table. In winter, be sure to take advantage of the wood heater, where nights can be spent in conversation on soft leather couches besides a crackling fire. The Family Cottage is fully self-contained, featuring a gourmet kitchen for food lovers, and for a quiet night sleep, an upstairs loft and separate bedroom comfortably sleeps up to six people. All mod-cons are provided including a TV, DVD player, iPod dock and a BBQ out on the deck, ideal for a meal to accompany that Margaret River wine purchased earlier nearby. The experience continues outside with a private deck looking over panoramic views over water and beautifully landscaped gardens. Nestled amongst cottage gardens and native peppermint trees, Bushys Lake has abundant water fowl and bird life, waiting to be discovered. The cottage has two Queen sized beds and two single beds. All beds have doona covers with quality linen supplied and spare blankets. Laundry facilities are available within the bathroom. Guests are asked to kindly supply their own towel, though they can be supplied for a small fee.

Ideal for those looking for a more intimate setting, Bushys Dream Studio Cottage sleeps up to three people, though is favoured by couples looking for a romantic getaway. This beautifully built cottage, cosy in design but with comfort in mind, is situated on a picturesque property overlooking Bushys Lake. Here, nestled amongst cottage gardens and native peppermint trees, guests will encounter abundant bird life and water fowls. The Studio Cottage is fully self-contained and features a mini kitchen which includes a fridge and microwave and is equipped with all mod-cons such as a TV, DVD player, iPod dock and BBQ on the private deck, ideal to accompany that wine at dusk. The cottage sleeps up to three people with a Queen Size bed situated upstairs and a pull-out sofa downstairs. Quality linen is supplied. Guests are asked to kindly supply their own towel, though they can be supplied for a small fee. No wood fire.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A $50 cancellation fee will occur if cancelling within 5 days of booking date.
If Cottages are left in an unreasonable state there will be an extra charge for cleaning. This includes if pet mess, hair or foot prints are left. The cottage needs to be left how it is when you arrive.
Bedding is all provided.
There is an EXTRA COST for Bath towels and bath mats.

An absolute gem. Close to everything and peaceful. Very clean, plenty of room, big fluffy towels. Top notch presentation. For a couple or a family, it would be great to be able to stay for a week. Rob was a great host, friendly and helpful.Stunning place
