Description
Parents will appreciate the spacious layout and thoughtful features, including a separate TV/games room for the kids and the kayak, totem tennis, guest wi-fi, books and games, highchair and the TV in the outdoor BBQ area. You will also love the beautiful timber flooring and the high ceilings in the living area.
The main open-plan living areas overlook an enclosed backyard and a manicured lawn, meaning it's easy to keep an eye on the little kids at play.
It's easy to get to the beach from here as there is a paved shortcut to take. You can be down at the beach in about five minutes!
Note: There is guest wi-fi but the TVs are standard TVs for free-to-air viewing and they are NOT Smart TVs.
The layout of the home is as follows: the master bedroom and singles bedroom are at the front of the house, whereas the remaining two queen bedrooms are at the other end of the house, separated by a shared bathroom and laundry. The living areas are centralised.

Large pantry and storage areas, well stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware, dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine, sandwich press, slow cooker and microwave oven.

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also a $700 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).
This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).
A High Chair can be arranged for your stay. A fee of $35 is charged.

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. Highly recommended
I would highly recommend this place! We travelled from Tas, our group was 4 adults and 2 toddlers under 2 and it was perfect! It was a large space to accommodate us all comfortably. (It even came with toys!!) It’s rare that an Airbnb actually comfortably accommodates the amount of guests it can host. But the kitchen was well stocked, it had multiple comfortable sitting areas for us and two separate wings for bedrooms. It was a very close walk to the beach and foreshore. Vicki was also really responsive and accommodating for us with an early check in. I would very very highly recommend this place!Lovely weekend
