Bluff Heights is a beautiful home that would suit a few couples wanting to experience a getaway to relax and unwind without leaving the property. A great adults only retreat ....Property has stairs and a balcony. NO child gates. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside patio with BBQ area, upstairs small balcony, garage and plenty of parking with a huge backyard with various trees and shrubs.
Downstairs - From the entrance you enter the airconditioned lounge area with a White leather sofa and large TV. This flows through to the open plan dining and kitchen area all with views. The well stocked kitchen has a gas stove top with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The hallway leads through to three bedrooms, two queen size beds in two rooms, and two single beds in the other. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet, and the laundry with auto washing machine.
Upstairs - Is the airconditioned master bedroom with a Queen size bed, walk-in robe and separate bathroom with huge spa bath with shower and toilet. There is a smaller separate lounge area with sink and small bar fridge that leads onto the small balcony to sit and enjoy that view.
The front has a circular driveway for easy access to the garage for parking. Can fit a boat as well.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee.
FEE 2 - The Booking Fee
FEE 3 - All credit card charges are non refundable.
FEE 4 - Any third party fees. Eg Stayz/Homeaway/Booking.com
Should a Guest cancel his or her reservation in writing, the following will occur:
1. Zero to Thirty-one (0 to 31) days prior to the Check-in Date, zero percent (0%)
Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
2. Thirty-one to sixty (31 to 60) days prior to the Check-in Date, twenty five percent (25%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
3. Sixty-one to ninety (61 to 90) days prior to the Check-in Date, seventy five percent (75%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
4. Ninety-one to 275 (91 to 275) days prior to the Check-in Date, one hundred percent (100%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees).

Enjoyable Holiday Experience
Very spacious property with convenient layout on 2 levels located in a newer elevated part of Kalbarri so that it commands magnificent views over their picturesque coast and is just around the corner to the scenery coastal highlights such as Red Bluff, Eagle Gorge etc. The house is well-equipped and has an attractive homey feel. We also enjoyed its out-door area.The best Holiday house!
Perfect place for a family with kids. Kids enjoyed the massive backyard for egg hunting and exploring we also made use of the fire pit to roast marshmallows at night. We will definitely come back.Great House / Excellent facilities
The house was as described, and in good clean condition. Comfortable beds and linen. Well equipped kitchen with all that you need. All outdoor furniture and Bar-B-Q in good order. The bedrooms are good sizes, and great to have the three bathrooms. Overall 4. star. The bed sheets and towels could have been better quality, hence the 4-star rating. They were fine good and clean, just not great quality.
