Now the house itself!! Cute little 4 bedroom house which backs onto a quiet cul-de-sac. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this house is perfect for families.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and built in robes/shelving and a ceiling fan.
The other 3 bedrooms all feed of each other, but still have to ability to be closed off from the rest of the house. One bedroom has 2 x single beds with an air con, and off each side are the other bedrooms, each with more queen size beds and ceiling fans.
The kitchen and living areas are nice and open, so you can cook up a storm in the kitchen and still be included in the family conversation. Another ceiling fan an air con in here too to keep your comfort levels up. You have the perfect view from the lounge chairs with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors- Just look at the beautiful colour of that ocean.
The bathroom has a separate shower and small spa-type bath for a little indulgence! Complete with heat lamps too! Toilet is separate.
And for those days when you don't want the TV on after spending the day at the beach, there is a large box of board games to keep everyone occupied.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing preferably by email.
Special conditions apply for cancellations.
More than 60 days Prior to Check In Date: Bookings can be cancelled. No penalties.
60 Days or Less Prior to Check In Date: If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a
replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00
administration fee. If however, the property cannot be relet, your deposit is non-refundable.
Ray White Jurien Bay retain the right to negotiate the tariff or length of stay to obtain a booking on cancelled
booking dates as we deem necessary.
2 Weeks (14 days) Prior to Check In Date: Any cancellations will forfeit any/all deposit paid, unless there
are extenuating circumstances.
If you shorten your stay once checked in, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
No refunds or alterations will be offered for bad weather.
Please note that a change of booking dates may attract the same conditions as for a cancellation as stated
herein.
Bookings made on other platforms (Airbnb, Homeaway, Stayz, Booking etc) should refer to that platform’s
cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
After the declaration in 2020 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and all its’
consequences are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected.
Cancelling a booking because you have Covid or are a close Covid contact will no longer ensure you a
refund of your stay.

Relaxing Days by the Beach
As regular vacationers at the BEACHFRONT COTTAGE ON THE PARK, we always look forward to staying here. We enjoy the quiet ... the park ... the beach, and we're always a little sad when our vacation is over.The cottage has everything we need for our group of 3 couples ... 3 double bedrooms for the regulars and 2 separate single beds for intermittent guests if they choose to join us for a day or two.
We spend most of everyday on the verandah, with occasional walks to the beach or games of bocce in the park.
Jurien bay has amazing facilities, so there are always plenty of things to do, as well as many dining options if we choose not to eat at the Cottage.
All of us say "Thank you!" and "We'll see you next year!"

This is our 8th year staying in Jurien, 3rd year at this property. Location is the best! House is very well set up for a family stay. Highly recommend this property.Beautiful home
