Koorabin features 2 large bedrooms accommodating a maximum of 4, both of which have ensuites and king-sized beds.
Koorabin features large windows that look out onto the beautiful lake. Keep cool during the summer months with the reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area, whilst in the winter months you will be feeling warm and cozy if you light the slow combustion fireplace. Relax on the comfortable lounge suite and watch the large screen wall mounted TV.
Cook up an intimate meal in the well-appointed kitchen with the electric oven and gas hotplates and all the kitchen pans and utensils including a Nespresso coffee machine.
Everything has been thought of in the house. You can relax outside on the polished-stone patio overlooking the lake, have a sunset BBQ or even enjoy a hot outdoor shower when you return from the beach. Wi-Fi is included. There is even an electric Tesla charging station if you happen to be bringing your electric Tesla car on holidays with you!
The Artisan homes are located immediately next-door to the luxurious, newly opened Bodhi Wellness Spa Retreat. Contact Bodhi Spa Yallingup to add a massage or spa treatment to make your stay an unequalled relaxation experience. Advanced bookings are crucial to secure your spot.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Please note that this property has unfenced access to deep water.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

Amazing stay!!!
Had the best time at this accomodation in February. Great location as it is super close to the coast as well as Caves road. Loved watching the kangaroos at night out on the deck. Very clean and tidy. Would love to come back in winter and get the fireplace going!Down South at its Best

The cabin was immaculate, from the kitchen facilities, to the living space, the indoor fire and the bedrooms with bathroom amenities (not to mention heated flooring in them)All questions were answered by the friendly staff at exclusive escapes
