We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. If cancelled or modified within 14 days the full tariff will be charged.
Bookings over peak periods such as school holidays Christmas Easter and long weekends are non-refundable. In the event that we are able to rebook cancelled nights we will provide a refund less one night cancellation fee.

Great family cozy home
What a pleasant surprise this place was. Its converted house with plenty of room.Very close to town and the water. Great walk trails right outside the door.Clean and tidy, very quiet even though it is on the main road. Was lovely to sit on the Front porch and watch the Cruise ships and cargo boats coming and going. fully equipped kitchen if you want to stay in. Restaurant right next door meals were top class.
Hidden Gem
Nestled amongst the motels and apartments that stretch along the Esplanade, one can be mistaken to think these apartments are just a house. Far from it, the exterior hides a fantastic modern 1bedroom apartment. along with a lounge room, full modern kitchen, ensuite and laundry. I would have to say one of the best apartments I have stayed. Book now, you won't be disappointed.Fantastic location
A fantastic apartment right across the road from the Esplanade and water. The apartment was fully equipped with all facilities, a coffee shop/restaurant next door and shops in walking distance. The owners were very helpful and responded to requests quickly. It could have accommodated up to to 5 people.
