Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

The All Terrain wheelchair is an expensive piece of equipment which adds great value to our community so we ask that all users treat it with care so that others can continue to enjoy it. It is essential to rinse the chair thoroughly after every use. Please use fresh water to ensure that all salt deposits and sand have been removed. Please remove the push bar and the wheel axles when rinsing. Failure to do so can cause damage to the structure of the chair and cause premature deterioration.

SAFE USE IN THE WATER
Although the All Terrain wheelchair can be used in the water it is not intended to be used as a floatation device. It allows entry into the water but will not keep a person afloat whilst sitting in the chair . An attendant is required for entering the water and swimming. The attendant must be a capable adult who is able to negotiate the incoming tide currents or breaks. It is recommended that the user leans forward when entering the water as the buoyancy of the front wheel can force the user and the chair backwards. Please stick to shallow water and do not attempt to ride the waves
