ALL ABOUT THE FOOD - BUT MORE THAN JUST THE FOOD!
From the start of this amazing tour, you had the distinct feeling the world had come to Margaret River. And it actually has!

Starting with coffee at the Hairy Marron Cafe and a range of Italian delicacies created by the “Italian Cookie Man”, the tour begins with some local history at the old settlement. It’s also where the taste journey begins with a slice of something a bit like a Chorizo but with a twist.

Kellie’s expert knowledge of the Margaret River area, its produce and “farm to plate” processes makes this tour unique. Just when you thought you had been hit by the “wow factor” in the taste lineup of local cheeses, wines, and international flavours, she ups the anti, and surprises with something completely unexpected: A tour of the Settlers Tavern with a shot of something coffee-like-but-alcoholic, slow-barbecued Texas Brisket and Ribs, and Margaret River Marron.

Walk, Talk, Taste really does put the world on a plate, in wonderful bite-sized pieces. Must do tour!

Fantastic Evening
What a fantastic evening! Eating the wonderful local produce and drinking amazing cocktails from Giniversity to Morries. Cate was a fantastic host. She was so welcoming, a wealth of knowledge and had such a fun personality. I would definitely recommend doing this tour.

Wonderful local experience- campfire lunch
This is my second local experience with WTTMR. The first was the brunch walk in Margaret River town and this was a campfire lunch on the amazing Tanah Marah property. Hosted by Kellie from WTTMR who is amazing. Meeting locals, hearing her stories and their stories, learning the history of the region and observing their passion for the area, the food, wine and local produce and sharing this with other like minded people is heart warming. This is what travel is all about for me. Great local experience, not just for visitors out of state but for locals as well. My husband and I highly recommend this experience.
