Join Linda Rae for a wander through the CBD to uncover a treasure trail of murals and public artworks from the perspective of a practicing Goldfields artist. Some key features include murals painted during the Heartwalk festival in 2017 & 2018 which saw 40 murals painted by locals and international artists transform our city. The rest is history and Linda Rae will weave you through the stories from behind-the-scenes festival buzz to what happened next, including the newest artworks still popping up around town. Linda Rae also has the inside scoop on where the newest #littlefinds public art installations are happening right now. You might even get to see an artist in action. Linda Rae invites you to join her at the Paddy Hannan Statue . We will cover 2km over 2 hrs, so it is a casual wander off the beaten track, around the central Hannan Street area. The tour will finish at Kalgoorlie Hotel which hosts largescale artworks by three local artists. Linda Rae will leave you here to enjoy a complimentary drink and the rest of your afternoon in Kalgoorlie style. Phones and cameras are encouraged, this tour is a complete selfie fest!
