We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATIONS If a charter cannot be run due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues your booking can be rescheduled to another date or canceled free of charge. General cancellations will be refunded as long as an acceptable amount of notice is given. Stickler Charters is responsible in deciding whether the amount of notice is acceptable. Cancellations due to 'NO SHOW' will forfeit any refund. INDEMNITY Stickler Charters takes all care but accept no responsibility or liability for personal injury/illness or harm whilst on a charter and no refund will be given. All passengers shall follow any direction given for the safety of the vessel and comfort of passengers. Any non-compliant behaviour may result in an immediate return to port without a refund.
