Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
BVC will charge a $22.00 cancellation fee if bookings are cancelled.
South West Tourist Services (SWTS) policy for “no-show” passengers who are not available for pickup for reserved tours or private charters that are booked and paid for by the Customer at the Bunbury Visitor Centre (BVC) is as follows:
1. If the passengers or the person (Customer) who made the tour/charter reservation is not contactable by either the BVC or by the SWTS driver on the day of the tour to explain their absence or lateness in meeting the SWTS tour van or they refuse to make the tour then there will be a $25 charge applied by SWTS to the tour fee previously paid to the BVC by the Customer.
2. This SWTS “No show” charge is in addition to any cancellation fee that may be charged by the BVC to the Customer.
3. The $25 amount due to SWTS shall be deducted by the BVC from any refundable amount that may be owed to the Customer and it shall be paid (or credited) to SWTS within 14 days after its collection by the BVC.
