Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

CANCELLATIONS
•Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
•Cancellations made 7 days prior to scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund.
•Any other cancellations will not be refunded except in the case of extenuating circumstances where proof must be provided.
The Kimberley is a remote holiday and adventure destination as such Northbound Charters recommend all guests have full travel insurance.
To ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests Northbound Charters reserves the right to cancel tours at our discretion based on weather environmental and other factors. A full refund or alternate date will be provided in such instances.
