Most importantly, you can trust that you'll be able to recreate what you learn in class time and time again at home, with The Cheese Maker’s comprehensive take-home guide, along with follow-on cheese making products and support. This is not just a course, but the start of your cheese making adventure!

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Please select carefully as all payments are final.

Once a course date is selected a $50 fee applies to course date transfers and date transfers are not permitted within 14 days of course date. You can however transfer a course to another party.

All courses are subject to minimum numbers (in the event minimum course numbers are not reached you will be notified 7 days prior to course commencement). If your course is postponed by The Cheese Maker due to insufficient numbers you will be given the option to transfer to a future course. If an appropriate date within 3 months cannot be found you will be offered a refund.

Gourmet Delights Cheese Making Course
This was my second course (after completing Feta making previously) and it was, again, a delight to be a part of. Both Tanya and Tash ensured that everyone had a relaxing and fun day learning the process of making Camembert. The courses provide all the information you need to confidently make cheese at home and the results speak for themselves with delicious delights at the end. Tanya and her team give great support and present the information with good humour in a clear, concise way. The meals and tastings throughout the day are a nice touch too. I’m looking forward to taking on Haloumi next!

The Gourmet Delights course was very interesting, professionally run and presented in a relaxed and enjoyable way by Tanya who is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. The Cheese Maker also facilitated appropriate 'physical distancing' and personal hygiene measures. My Blue Camembert cheese wheels are maturing nicely and I've also made 2L of yummy yoghurt. I highly recommend this course to cheese/yogurt lovers or anyone who wants to learn another skill/hobby.

Such a fun day! Incredibly in depth cheese making course complete with a delicious lunch and tastings throughout. Learnt how to make Camembert, Cream Cheese, Quark, Mascapone and yoghurt as an added bonus! This course will arm you with all the knowledge and equipment if you so choose, to make cheese at home.
