The Anchor is a top location, just around the corner from the town centre. Beautiful landscaped gardens, meticulous attention to detail. Delightful decor.

Lounge by the swimming pool in the tropical garden landscape. With masses of parking undercover, a secure yard, and lots of outside verandah area.

The Anchor is a beautiful home to holiday in.

Walk to the shops, breweries, and local restaurants. With the children’s water playground about 500m away, this is a top spot for families.

Three bedrooms in total, with two queen beds and two king singles. A full ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, and a second family bathroom completes the house.

Lots of French doors leading out to the very private verandah areas, drenched in winter sun and sheltered in summer. Outside lounges really set this area off.

Compact kitchen with dishwasher and all the utensils you could wish for. Spacious living room with large screen TV. Beautiful furniture to top off this wonderful home away from home.

All linen and bath towels are provided.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies


Please ensure you have read this policy.
Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted) and will incur charges as per the following schedule:
- Cancellations +120 days prior to occupancy: Fee 10% of full amount
- Cancellations 60 - 120 days prior to occupancy: Fee 20% of full amount
- Cancellations 60 - 30 days prior to occupancy: Fee 40% of full amount
- Cancellations 30 - 15 days prior to occupancy: Fee 75% of full amount
- Cancellations 15 - 0 days prior to occupancy: Fee 100% of full amount
- No refund will be given once a property is tenanted and you need to depart early.
- Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to circumstances beyond our (NRH) control an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost.
- Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest minus a processing fee of $50.
- Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured the guest may transfer the booking to another date or the tariff will be refunded in full minus a processing fee of $50.
- Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday & travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances

This is excellent accommodation in Exmouth for families and groups
This is excellent accommodation in Exmouth for families and groups - Perfectly located within a very short walk to local amenities (town centre with IGA supermarkets, shops, eating options, bakery, brewery/bar and of course whale shark tours - had a ball with Ningaloo Blue!). Our family of 5 adults and 1 teen happily cohabitated with plenty of room, inside and out. 2 bathrooms/toilets made for happy campers. We were safe and very happy, the pool and outdoor area were easy access and the house interior is very nicely appointed. Aircon worked perfectly as did all household equipment, including the washing machine. Plenty of parking. Great communication from Hosts with very simple check-in process. Was very simple to give a quick sweep and wipe over prior to departure as cleaning products were provided. Highly Recommended and would happily stay here again on any future trips north. Thanks Lynne & Helen.

This place was in a perfect location just a minutes stroll to IGA, brewery and bakery
We had two families staying and felt it met our needs. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment to make anything we wanted. Outdoor area was large and comfortable and we loved the pool. We were able to park our camper trailer behind the gates which felt safe. It is an older home but felt very comfortable and clean. Would recommend this place for your stay in Exmouth.

Very convenient to the town centre, clean, three large bedrooms, and a great outdoor space. DVD collection was a nice touch!
