The kitchen is filled with modern appliances that has everything you need to create delicious gourmet meals. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are several food and coffee trucks that frequent the area to help make your holiday stress-free and easy.

All guest’s entertainment wishes are catered for with two large televisions, one is in the main living area and the other can be found in the media room at the front of the house. The media room’s layout is perfect for the children to use or parents to enjoy once the kids have gone to bed.

In the outdoor space there is a BBQ and dining area. A unique feature of this property is that there is a movable awning providing protection against the rain or giving you some shade in the hotter months. Sea Breeze is one of the few pet friendly properties in the region, which means all members of the family can come and enjoy all the Southwest has to offer!

Minimum stay requirements are as follows:

Christmas/New Year - 7 Nights.

Easter long weekend - 4 Nights.

Long weekends - 3 Nights.

Midweek and weekends - 2 Nights.

Other costs are as follows:

Cleaning surcharge of $250.00 applies to all bookings.

Non refundable booking fee of $66.00.

Refundable bond of $1000.00.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Full payment including refundable bond of $1 000 is required 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking.

If the booking is made within 6 weeks then full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the deposit is forfeited.

As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of between $1000.00 is payable on all holiday properties.

This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished and the clean / property inspection have been completed and no damage has been reported. The property is required to be left in a clean and tidy state as you found the property on your arrival. This requires that the barbecue is to be clean dishwasher loaded and cycle commenced (cleaners will empty). Fireplaces cleaned all furniture to be returned to original positioned as arrival and all keys/remotes to be returned as per instructions at the end of your stay. Please be aware that for stays of two nights or less a cleaning surcharge of $250 will apply. A booking fee of $66.00 is also required. This amount is non refundable.
