Town is close by with easy access via the beach path or only a minutes drive away. At your doorstep there is a multitude of outdoor activities including a safe netted swimming area, the playground, boating, fishing and much more. Or if you are wanting to relax, just lounge on the deck and indulge in the tranquil leisure with a glass of wine.

The Space
With a well-appointed kitchen, 3 lounge areas and separate dining area this house makes for a holiday in Dunsborough that will never be forgotten. Wander out to the wonderful, fully fenced backyard with its large lawn area for you to enjoy, with undercover area and barbeque that makes wining and dining friends a breeze. There is even a veggie patch with fresh produce that you are welcome to taste. Enjoy the front deck, with its massive shade sails, that provides a beach vista that is second to none.

There is plenty of room upstairs too with a large master bedroom and an ocean view living area. Curl up on the couch or wind down on the spacious balcony. The space is ideal for 6 adults and 2 children.

Outside, front deck area and back undercover bbq and a garden outdoor eating area too, a fully fenced yard- space for kids, attractive lawn and gardens, plenty of parking space, upstairs balcony - space for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Full payment including refundable bond of $1 000 is required 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking.

If the booking is made within 6 weeks then full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the deposit is forfeited.

As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of between $1000.00 is payable on all holiday properties.

This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished and the clean / property inspection have been completed and no damage has been reported. The property is required to be left in a clean and tidy state as you found the property on your arrival. This requires that the barbecue is to be clean dishwasher loaded and cycle commenced (cleaners will empty). Please allow for up to 3 weeks for the bond to be returned. Fireplaces cleaned all furniture to be returned to original positioned as arrival and all keys/remotes to be returned as per instructions at the end of your stay. Please be aware that for stays of two nights or less a cleaning surcharge of $250 will apply. A booking fee of $66.00 is also required. This amount is non refundable.

PLease know a gardener will attend the property every 1-2 days they will not go inside or disturb you.
