The property has two good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms, a comfortable and air conditioned living space, a modern kitchenette and dining area opening out onto a covered balcony which is perfect for enjoying a glass of Margaret River wine at the end of a day exploring the region’s many attractions. Guests have the added benefit of free parking and beautiful walking trails leading directly to the beaches or town centre. Pegasus Studio is located next door and can be rented in addition to accommodate larger groups.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

The Guest accepts that SHP Cancellation Terms override any Terms stipulated by any booking platform including online Travel Agents at the time of making the reservation. When cancellation in writing is received up to but not including 14 days before the arrival date the deposit will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. From 14 days the deposit is non-refundable UNLESS Serenity Holiday Properties can RE-BOOK THE PROPERTY FOR THE SAME PERIOD THE DEPOSIT COVERED AT THE SAME NET RATE. If a new booking is confirmed for this period a discretionary refund of the deposit may be made less a $100 administration fee. If the dates reserved by your booking are not on-sold the deposit is forfeited.

Properties managed by SHP are unable to provide accommodation for those undergoing self-quarantine. If you are required to self-quarantine for any reason you must complete this period of self-quarantining before commencing your stay with us. As a condition of entry to Properties Guests must be able to provide evidence that any previous self-quarantine requirements have been met.

Extra adult/child guests $45 per person per night plus $200 bond; ONLY WITH PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION of SHP. Under no circumstances may the number of persons staying at the property exceed those indicated on the SHP Booking Confirmation nor the local council regulations. Exceeding guest numbers booked will forfeit the Bond in its’ entirety.

Linen will only be provided for the number of adults and children booked. Guests may bring port-a-cots for babies and infants under 2 years; however linen is not provided. Babies infants sleeping in own cots stay free of charge.

There is an additional Accommodation Charge of $50 per night per pet & a Pet Bond of $500 is required. Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly listed properties and with the prior consent

A lovely airy space, with a smart modern clean kitchen, the master bedroom is really lovely with it’s en-suite upstairs.
Very easy to find, in a wonderful position, within short walk to shops, cafes, bakery and beach and yet very quiet!
Lovely balcony next to trees complete with birds a couple of feet away.

A very clean and spacious 2 bedroom accommodation in the centre of Dunsborough. We will book again when we travel here again.
