Living room (Television); Dining Room; Fully self contained kitchen (Gas Cook Top and under bench Electric Oven, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave oven); Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning; Laundry with trough and washing machine; Large Back yard with views of the harbour. Room for boat and double carport; Front Verandah. 700 metre walk to Esperance Bay . 4 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING THE CHRISTMAS SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival date there is no fee (apart from the $22 fee for the Visitor Centre) - If cancelled less than 14 days a one night fee is charged - if cancelled less than 24 hours there is no refund.

Directions: Osprey Holiday House: From the post office follow Dempster street going north (through the roundabout then past IGA supermarket etc.), at the next roundabout (you'll see MacDonalds on the right) turn right into William street, and at the next roundabout turn left into Corry street. Turn right at the second street (Brockman street) then first left onto Sharkey street and first right onto Warrington street. The house is at number 16, on the left hand side.
