Had a fantastic welcome and given excellent advise on all things Exmouth. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast. Sheila’s home made passionfruit jam was worth travelling across the country to experience. After a long day exploring the surrounds, it was a great place to relax

Basic comforts with no frills or ambiance
The quality of breakfasts and the standard of the rooms and hosting have generally been accurately described by prior reviewers. The ambiance of the facility is greatly lessened by the unkept nature of the yard/ driveway which effectively confined guests indoors. We found the guest lounge to be very small and could not imagine how one might share it with potentially two other couples.

The breakfasts were superb. The host and hostess were interesting and seemed to really like people and what they are doing with their business.
