Pavilion style two bedroom luxury spa Villa offers all the casual relaxed living for your getaway. Featuring leather lounges and a large smart tv and a captivating open Eco fire perfect for winter breaks. The modern streamlined bathroom is complete with overhead Raindance shower.
Your large gourmet kitchen has it all including dishwasher and a Nespresso machine for freshly made coffee. Outside the hot Spa overlooks the lake and lush landscaped gardens within the privacy of the limestone and timbered pavilion.
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and its own smart tv, and bedroom 2 has a King size bed that can be split into two singles upon request.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Perfect Stay
Fantastic, quiet and luxurious place to stay in Margaret River. Just a few kms outside of town -so easy assess to great butchers & bakers etc - this family run business offers a place to unwind in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!Stunning Place
Losari is a stunning retreat! Close to town but just far enough out, the villas are so well appointed and luxurious, and the spa on the deck was just delightful. We just wish we had longer that's all! Definitely recommend this place! And Deb was lovely to deal with too.
