The Cottage has a private driveway and access away from the main house. A private deck, garden, lounge, kitchen and dining area. A large bedroom with a super comfortable queen size beds and private indoor and outdoor bathroom. Netflix is installed on the tv and high speed wifi is provided throughout the property.

Your own private pool and a very Broome Time Out Door Lounge and Dining Area under the Federation Style Cottage Veranda, very Outback Australia.

You have full access to the well equipped kitchen should you choose to dine in.

There is off street parking for your car.

Please note this is a strictly non smoking residence. If you wish to smoke whilst staying here you are requested to do it off premises, on the street.

This is ideal for the older Family's or one or two couples wanting to escape city life for a Bucket List visit to Broome, Horizontal Falls and wider.
We can organise your adventure tours or a hire car or even a boat cruse, or how about a private chef for the night? Asks us and we can assist.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

CANCELLATIONS & INSURANCE

Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted).

Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation admin fee.
Booking cancelled less than 60 Days before the start of stay, are non refundable. Exceptions may apply.
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted.

Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to circumstances beyond our (BHH) control an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible, in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest, minus a processing fee of $50.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured, the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honoured within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of $50.

GUESTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE, to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
