Description

Getaway Villa 38-11 ticks all the boxes. It is a modern, spacious, fully furnished, self-contained 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit within a holiday village, ideally situated in the heart of town. The location is suitable for people who do not have their own vehicle. The villa is designed for two guests.

The open plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with two chairs and a TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The cooking facilities include a stove, an electric barbeque, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a large fridge / freezer. All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided.

The bedroom has a King size bed which can be unzipped to two king singles if required. You will also find a washing machine in the ensuite bathroom.

The villa has split system air-conditioners and ceiling fans. All linen and towels are supplied. Please note beach towels are not provided. The patio area with a table and chairs in front of the villa is perfect for a barbeque. There is ample parking for a car and boat adjacent to the holiday village. Sorry, no pets allowed.

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergencies. On arrival the keys are found in a lock box adjacent to the front door. You will be contacted via sms just prior to arrival with the lock box key code. Arrivals are after 1400 hours and checkout before 1000 hours. Early check in and late departures can be arranged with prior approval depending on availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle by walking to shops and eateries as the central location is ideal for a leisurely stroll. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence however we do encourage you to lock your room and valuables away. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. Most tour companies will pick you up from the front gate of the complex. The taxi service caters for general transport needs however to visit the scenic Cape Range and the many beautiful beaches, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitors Centre or visit their website prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries. The pharmacy, hospital, masseuse, chiropractor and a physio cover most medical needs.

* Unfortunately, due to infrastructure constraints unlimited internet is not achievable in this building. WIFI is for emails, social media and keeping in contact only. There is very limited data available and once this has been used WIFI will not be available until the month has reset.

A refundable security deposit may be payable to the accommodation provider. If applicable, the accommodation provider will contact you to advise, inclusive of the deposit amount and its payment terms. Upon making your booking, you authorise the accommodation provider to contact you so they can arrange payment of any applicable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellations by Guest and Unused Services
Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.

All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.

Where written notification of a cancellation is received more than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival the Agent may at its discretion allow the Guest to transfer the booking (for the same Property only) to another date less a transfer fee of $44.

Transfers must have an arrival date within one year of the cancellation. If the Guest does not transfer the booking to another date then the Guest will forfeit their deposit unless the Property can be rebooked. In which case a pro rata refund will only be made to the Guest for the dates rebooked less the $44 booking fee and $165 cancellation fee.

Where written notification of a cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival the Agent may at its discretion provide a pro rata refund for only the dates rebooked less the $44 booking fee and $165 cancellation fee. Regardless of any discretionary refund by the Agent the Guest is liable for full payment of the booking whether or not that payment has been made or occupation of the Property occurs.

Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.

The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Security Bond and Extra Charges

Guests are required to provide credit card details for a security bond of at least $500 which is held by a financial institution during the stay. The security bond is required prior to arrival and the hold released within a reasonable time after the Property has been inspected following departure.

If a credit card is not available then the Agent will require the Guest to make a payment of $500 which will be returned to the Guest within a reasonable time after the property has been inspected following departure.

The Agent reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from the security bond and claim extra charges for expenses such as but not limited to:

a)Damage to the Property furniture fixtures and fittings
b)Loss or damage to household items (eg. linen appliances)
c)Disturbance to neighbors
d)Excessive cleaning costs
e)Rubbish removal
